How do you unlock a note after you transferred the locked note to your new phone? I forgot the password from the old phone and the new iPhone will not allow me to reset the password.

Without the password there is no method to get into your locked Notes.

If you forgot the password the notes cannot be unlocked. If you set up a password reminder it should display the reminder if you either the wrong password.
