adjust haptic strength on Apple Watch from iPhone

lost my Apple Watch 6 in the house. looked on YouTube and it said that if you adjust haptic strength from the app on your phone, it will make a sound. on my screen under "sound and haptics" there's not option to change the strength. is it not available any longer? the video was 3 years old.
