I just downloaded a weightlifting app and then my phone went blank and won't turn off or do anything else, what just happened?

Is my phone hacked? So my phone keeps on turning off and on from time to time and i don’t know what it is. It always goes to the all black screen with the loading sign and it’s just so frustrating. I don’t know if it’s a battery problem or if my phone has a virus or i’m being hacked. I’m really paranoid and anxious.

Iam afraid if my iPhone get hacked i click on a link by mistake and my iPhone frozen suddenly and get slower. than I turn it off and open it and its fine but am afraid that my iPhone get hacked please help how can i make sure its not hacked thanks
