How to submit more Khmer fonts for iOS?

You can try adding fonts with an app like iFont or AnyFont, but they are only usable in certain app which have font menus.

To ask Apple to fix its own font, use

Be sure to tell them the exact sequence of characters you input which gets the wrong result. Posting that here would be useful too.

Yes, the default Khmer font is defective, and Apple needs to fix it. Unfortunately there are many places where you have no other choice possible. Things will display properly for the recipients of your text, however, even if they do not display properly for you.
