An error connecting to apple id server
I got a new iPad today (8th Gen, 128 GB, WIFI, 10.2 inch) but when logging into apple id, it kept on saying that there was an error connecting to it. Support said to reboot the WIFI and so I did, but the problem occurred again. I then proceeded to wait 2 hours to see if the problem would fix itself, but it still didn't. I tried to manually do it on a PC, but since my iPad has not fully completed the beginning process, it wouldn't let me as well. How can I solve my problem?
