You should check that the Time & Time Zine is set correctly on your iPad:

Settings > General > Date & Time

If configured to Set Automatically, it may be necessary to temporarily disable this setting - and then set both the TimeZone and Time accurately for your geographic location.

After correcting the Time and TimeZone, a forced-restart of your iPad may be necessary:

  • On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

After Location Services are functioning normally, you can return your Time settings to Set Automatically.
