Trackpad's haptic feedback not working on MacBook Pro 2019 13"

Since yesterday trackpad haptic feedback on my MBP 2019 13' is not working. I've tried resetting NVRAM and SMC, nothing worked. It sometimes starts to work, but only for a while. In system preferences, haptic feedback is ticked. I've also tried to untick and tick again. Any different solutions?
