Yes, the 18W power adapter is compatible with iPhone 12 Pro and it is good for his battery health, because it does not even enable fast charging.

Note that, in order to fast charge your iPhone 12 Pro (up to 50% battery in 30 minutes), you need a 20W or higher power adapter.
