Charging iPhone

Hi! I own an iPhone 11 and I wanted to ask you if charging it with an Apple 20w charger can affect the health of the battery, the phone supporting charging up to 18w? Thank you!

No, the iPhone controls the charging rate.

Thank you very much! I charged it for about 2-3 weeks and the health of the battery decreased by 2% and I had some hesitations to use the 20w charger.
