good afternoon all ,

ok so i got a iphone 12 x3 and re installed my phone :) now i then noticed it comes with usb c lead so thought oh great i can use that with my laptop / fast charge and sync with laptop :) now this is where problems started :/ i have 3 new iphone 12 but only 1 will work with usb c they all work with normal usb the pc and itunes see iphones but as soon as i try to use the usb C only 1 phone works so im a bit lost as to whats going on,

all are up to date eg iphones firmware and laptop ( win 10 ) up dated

ant one got a idea ??

While you wait for your USB-C charger to arrive you can try the following on your two iPhones 12 that did not charge.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

Can you try a USB-C port from a charger rather than a computer just to confirm what you have found by attaching the same to a computer?

Hi axel,

the only usb C port i have is on the laptop :( every thing else i have is usb 2 or 3 :(

its just odd that 1 iphone 12 works but the other 2 don't they all charge from the usb C socket :/ i even tryed a diffrent usb C lead ,

today i ordered a usb C charging socket but going to have to wait for it to turn up :/
