Ugh. My husband and I both have Iphones. We have different apple IDs. However I can't use my health add as his initials appear at the top - so my phone thinks it is his information. I can change the information but when I go to pull his contact from my phone as my medical contact, it thinks it's me and is grayed out so I can't pull his info. Indicates that it is me (on the right of the contact).

His phone shows all of my searches.....

How do we de-link all of this information? How do I get my phone to recognize that it is me? Not him? And stop him from getting my google search information?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We understand your data and your husband's data are being synced between your devices.

This indicates you are either signed in using the same Apple ID or another email account you are both using to sync data. Resolving this would require signing out of the account you are sharing.

You can also utilize this resource to verify the Apple ID you are both signed in with: Sign in with your Apple ID
