hello

i have an ipad mini4 and my daughter locked herself out of it. it says ipad disabled connect to itunes however we are unable to connect to an itunes. I do not currently have a computer that supports itunes software in order for me to do so. is there any other way to make the ipad functional again?

No. If you don't have a computer, you will have to borrow one from a friend or relative to restore it. There's no way around this.

Otherwise, you will have to make an appointment at an Apple Store to get it restored.
