I shut down my MacBook Pro and when I started up the Control strip on the touch bar didn't even show up the icon to open it.
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1

Ok so thanks for helping me, but me as an idiot I didn't even thought that the ControlStrip can be turned off. So I somehow accidentally turned it off. If it doesn't work check for everyone the thing called Show Control Strip.

On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Keyboard, then click Keyboard.
Click Customize Control Strip. Expand the Control Strip in the Touch Bar, if you want.

If this is a Intel Mac—(does not apply to the SoC M1 Macs)
Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
I did reset the SMC and also the NVRAM non of it helped. I also tried using the pkill command in the Terminal nothing.
