touchbar showing fixed options

My Macbook Pro 13 M1 touch bar is only showing fixed options of brightness, volume, tabs, keyboard backlit, play-pause, and Siri.

For a certain exam, it asked me to kill every other running option, there I said Yes. How do I make it proper working again?

I googled and it told me that I should kill Control Strip and TouchBarServer. As I wasn't sure, I didn't do it

Makes no sense to me what they are asking and/or what you are asking...to what end(?)

On the M1 Touchbar issue—

The best you can do if you have an issue— equivalent Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal.

If no resolve do a SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support to sort anomalies.
