How do I go back to the older iOS version on iPad Pro

I need to down load the swift playground app to my IPad Pro but it requires a later iOS version than what I have. How do I go back to an earlier version¿

How can I go back to previous iOS version (from iOS 15.0)? Unfortunately, my online bank service app doesn't work on iOS 15, and they're apparently gonna fix the issue around september. Using that app is really important to me, so I need to get back to the previous iOS version... Could someone give me even somewhat simplified instructions on how to do that? You can't go back.

As far as I know all iPad Pro's support iPadOS 14.3

Enough for installing The Swift Playground App.

Unless it's not a Pro model that You have.
