Unexpected error occurred?

I can't sign into my Facebook account through the application and messenger also. But I can sign in to my FB account through the web. I've tried every possible thing to fix this but I can't sign in to my account. I've tried to log in to the different iPhone devices and I could successfully login but I can't log into my iPhone device. what am I supposed to do? Facebook and apple customer service both are not responding to me. I've iPhone 7.

We recommend starting with the steps in there link below as these can resolve issues with apps not responding as expected.

If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won't open

If the steps there do not resolve this, you'll want to connect with Facebook for further support.
