Notes app information accidentally deleted

Since the notes were deleted from the Original Poster’s iPhone as well as iPad, they are almost certainly housed in iCloud. Notes housed in iCloud are not saved on an iPhone backup. They don’t require saving there, because they’re saved in “Recently Deleted” for thirty days.

Having deleted “Recently Deleted” in addition to your Notes folder means all your information is gone. She deleted not only your information, but its backup.

Here’s one other important tip - it certainly sounds from your original post like you are sharing your Apple ID with your daughter. Regardless of her age, you should stop doing that immediately. Then thoroughly cleanse her iPad.
