Slow wifi after long sleep on MacOS Catalina

Since I'm running MacOS Catalina on my Mid-2014 MBP, if my mac goes on sleep (plug or unplug to AC adapter) my wifi speed drop to the half of my max speed. I've reinstalled MacOS completely than restore with time machine, I've cleared the NVRAM, I've erased all my wifi config (.plist files), created a new location for the network, disabling my Apple Watch auto login, tried different access point without any success. I'm using Ubitiqui Unifi nanoHD at 5ghz. Is there anybody that encounter this issue and resolved it? Thanks
