Edge of Touchscreen Unresponsive

The right edge of my iPhone X touchscreen hasn't been responding for about a day now. I've tried force-restarting and everything except factory resetting, but the problem has persisted. It could be a hardware problem, but I don't remember dropping my phone recently or anything. It's a small enough part of the screen that it doesn't cause much of a problem, but every so often the phone registers random touches in the unresponsive area. So it just interferes with everything I'm doing and sometimes causes random issues when I leave it alone. Is there any way to fix this without sending it to an Apple store?
