I’m pursuing Architecture and I’m in need for a laptop, will this product of my choice that is (16gb Ram, 1Tb ssd) Macbook Pro will be helpful for my academic career with Softwares like AutoCad, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit and Adobe Softwares and 3ds Max etc

Meet your Criteria:
If you are to be performing lots of multimedia work, and perform multitasking (running many applications at once), then consider upgrading the RAM to 32GB. Be certain to get a Quad Core Processor (i7). Elsewise, it seems what you need, if enough storage.
New MacBook does not have a intel chip, and expanding upto 16gb Ram

As an example, 16GB RAM should do fine for basic multimedia usage.
