Safari Error Message Your computer is low on memory

I just started getting this error a few days ago but only when using Safari browser, do not get this message on any other web browser or app. I have a 16" Mac Book Pro 2019 2.3 GHZ * core i9 with 16GB of memory running macOS Big Sur version 11.1 and when i run monitor it really doesn't show much of anything using memory.

And when running Activity monitor watching the memory usage before and when the error pops up, the usage amount does not change, when running Chrome, Firefox or Safari the memory pretty much stays the same but error only pops up when using Safari and on every web page browsed thru safari.
