L2TP VPN connected successfully but not work

Hello!

macOS 11.1.

Try to configure VPN over L2TP with IPSec.

Configure it in network settings.

I successfully connected, but still be in my local network instead of destination network... And can't connect to any machine in VPN network ...

Try to configure it in Win10 - no problem.

Try to PPTP with VPN Tracker 365 and it works!

But... in VPN Tracker I event can't connect by L2TP, more, than 3 seconds, then I have error:

20:47:56 Accounting: Connected

20:47:59 LCP terminated by peer (&M-3qM-p^@<M-Mt^@^@^@^@)
