Mic not working on phone calls

Intermittently when I receive phone calls the person on the other end cannot hear me talking yet I can hear them when I test the phone on record memos that works fine I’ve cleaned out the mike and when family members ring me in the house they can hear me okay and sometimes when I’m in the car connected through Bluetooth it works as well can you help me please

I can hear the person on the other end, however they cannot hear me. When I place a call, I can have a normal conversation, this only happens when someone calls me. Callers cannot hear my voice but I can hear them When making or receiving calls, the person on the other end of the line can't hear me, but I can hear them. This happens both when using the phone's internal microphone, as well as Bluetooth headphones & hands free driving experiences. Help?
