Cannot turn off noise cancelling

I have the beats studio 3 wireless headphones, but I cannot seem to be able to turn off noise cancelling... any other with this struggle? Also don't have the option when I tap on the device in my bluetooth settings.

Tips are also very much welcome :)

Try double tapping the power button on the headphones. The same thing will turn back on the noice cancelling too.

Bummer. That works on my Beats Studio3 headphones. When I double tap it, it make a tone, and turns off the noise cancelling. I found that info on the Dr. Dre beats support site, not apple.

I hope you find a solution. I actually think that noise cancelling made my ears start to ring 24/7. That started a month into using it. That's why I looked for a way to turn it off. I never listen to anything even close to being loud, just Webex work meetings. I only got these headphones because they were promotionally free when I bought my iMac for the family.
