Video streaming repeat and kicking out

All,

I have an ATV 4K. Recently, it has started having 2 issues.

1)while streaming a show on apps such as Discovery+, the audio and video skip backward a few seconds and repeat. This happens every few minutes and it is only a few seconds worth.

2)while streaming shows that I have purchased in the iTunes TVShows app, it will play a show for about 5 minutes or so, then kick me out to the shows episode menu. This happens with all TV Shows.

Things that I have tried:

a)restarting the ATV

b)unplugging the ATV for 3 min and plugging back in

c)forgetting network and re-setting up network

d)resetting WiFi router (I do this every week, unplugging it for 3 min)

I have no issues with the ATV4 in my bedroom nor the ATV3's in the kids rooms. This just started less than a month ago. Please help
