iPhone 11 Pro Max screen scratches

I bought a guaranteed iPhone 11 Pro max from Turkey Apple Store. The screen was scratched even though I used it very very carefully and moved it to a separate place constantly. I've used iPhone 6 plus for years, I don't have a single scratch on my screen. I paid so much money and I think the self scratching is due to material defect. Especially I am following and still keeps scratching.. I have been using all Apple products for 10 years. This is the first time that this happened to me. I request this problem to be fixed
