iPhoto Library

I have an iPhoto Library of 84 GB that can not be seen. When I double click on it, the following message appears: "Cannot open migrated library". I have macOS Catalina and with the actual "Photos" software it is not possible. Any ideas to solve this issue? THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP!
