Getting rid of persistent Apps (Menu Bar)

Hi all, I have an app that runs on my menubar even after removing the original application. Its also not in my login item. I have had this problem before with other apps so would be good to know how to get rid of these without a reinstall. In this particular example it's an OSX Razer bit of software which, under Big-Sur doesn't work with my eGPU but it still runs:

Any idea how I permanently remove the application?

I know I have physically removed it because if I click on the "Open Razer Synapse" nothing happens (and it's not in my app folder).

Thanks.
