Don't received iPhone 12 Pro max but received empty box.

my iPhone 12 Pro max was lost at my home street. I ordered a new iPhone 12 Pro max because it's with AppleCare+ and I payed the cost for new iPhone 12 Pro max. I don't receive my iPhone I received a empty box by fedex. can you please help me with my iPhone 12 Pro max order.

Fedex website says my new iPhone is delivered while it is not I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max 3 days ago from Apple online store. It was supposed to be shipped to me by Fedex. Today, I tracked my order, it said that it was delivered. However, I checked everywhere around my building, it is not here! What can I do now? Will either Fedex or Apple take responsibility for it?

Iphone 14 pro max, got an empty box I bought an iphone 14 pro max from the apple store on 01/11/22 as a pickup order from the Family Choice 274 Biscot Road, LU3 1AY by DPD. I picked up my order on 25/11/22. When I went to the pick up store he asked me to show ID so i showed him my DL and he didn't scan my pickup pass the give me the parcel. First i think i will open it in my home but the packet was very light in weight. So, I opened it infront of the the family choice door and I see that the box was empty. I have contacted with apple they are saying they will investigate it. What to do can anyone tell me?

FEDEX has lost my replacement from Apple I just got a phone replaced by apple under warranty. FEDEX has lost my phone and now I need to Apple to send another replacement since I have paid Apple for the replacement coverage fee. I can get through to any customer service reps at APPLE. Not by phone or Chat. Can someone help me figure this out
