HEADPHONE SAFETY CAR RADIO
How do I disable headphone safety?! I just got an iPhone 12 Pro and love it. But every single time I drive in my car the phone turns my volume down! Says headphone safety. It’s EXTREMELY frustrating.

Do the following:
Update your phone to iOS 14.4 which was released today
Then go to Settings > Bluetooth
See your car system and tap the little white circle with an i in it
Make sure your car system is checked as car radio
As mentioned, this was just released today and this should address this for you.
