The software update 10:14 is not showing up from me to update my mac book air.

Im currently on IOS 10.13.6. I need to be 10.14 because i need to install WORD and Powerpoint to my computer but im not able to due to it not being updated.

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your MacBook Air is a 2012 or newer model, download Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur. Alternatively, use an older version of Microsoft Office or a product such as LibreOffice.
