Weird charging behavior of my iPad pro

Recently, I found weird charging behavior of my iPad pro(9.7, 256, cellular model, iPadOS 14.3).

My iPad doesn't start to be charged when the screen is on.

The indicator icon on the screen says that it is charging but I measured that the current was 0 amp!

Only after the screen is off, real charging begins with proper current.

Then I can turn the screen on with my iPad being charged.

DFU/restore didn't make any changes.

neither did Hard reset.

Is it OS problem?

Well then I don't think it is an OS problem, since I have literally the same iPad Pro 9.7" (256G, Cellular and iOS 14.3, no kidding), and no problem occurs on mine. See if restarting your iPad helps, that is a basic way to solve things. Check out this link here: If your iPad won't charge. If none of the above work, try to contact Apple Support and see what solutions they have, if it is highly speculated as a hardware issue, you may need a repair.
