Apple TV will not let me sign up. I would like to purchase this feature and once I put in all my info thats required, after billing information, it will not pass continue for the next step

Can’t connect to Apple TV account on iPad I was able to watch Apple TV last night on my TV. I have watched it on my IPad before but tonight I keep getting the message to purchase Apple TV + for $6.99. I shouldn’t have to do that if I already have a subscription on my TV, right? I’m not being asked for a password. It does show my husband’s name in the lower left corner.
