That bar is the SOUND LEVEL INDICATOR. When you increase or decrease the sound levels in the YouTube app then that bar appears to show you the current sound level. If you look closely to the left end of the bar then you will see the speaker icon.

I'm sorry, I see the volume slider bar with the speaker icon to the left. On the bottom is the swipe up to close bar. I don't see anything unusual.
I mean this is problem on my iPhone, i don't have Mac
This only happens in the YouTube app
No it's not working
I opened the screen shot. I see nothing more than what I had stated earlier. I see the speaker icon and volume indicator as stated earlier.
