Jan. 26, 2021. Xcode 12.4 Security Update Stall
My download for this update stalled for one hour and I had to force shutdown then restart. How can I re-activate the upgrade?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities! We saw your question about updating Xcode 12.4. You're in the right place for help. As we understand it, you restarted your Mac when the download stalled and you want to resume the download. Is that right?
You should be able to start again by opening the App Store and checking for updates there: Use the App Store to update apps on Mac
