Jan. 26, 2021. Xcode 12.4 Security Update Stall

My download for this update stalled for one hour and I had to force shutdown then restart. How can I re-activate the upgrade? I'm not getting a prompt with the 'check for upgrades' or the 'software upgrade' options.
