Apple TV HD won’t connect to WiFi

Just received another Apple TV, and hooked to up like I have with all of my other ones.... set up was fine, and then last night watching Netflix it kept shutting down every few minutes. I reset it, restarted it, still not working. Today, same thing only now it won’t connect to our WiFi. Maybe we received a faulty one. Anyone have an issue with the Apple TV HD? I never have until this one.
