Iphone 11 broke down face id

Hello, I live in Georgia, in particular in Tbilisi, and about a year ago I bought an iPhone 11 and it broke down face id. All official videos show well that water is not included. What should I do in this case? I'm very offended. You are such a big company and something like this should not have happened, it means that what is in the videos is a lie. Maybe you can help me with something.
