iPhone 7+ battery usage by app, did not show activity percentage.

Someone have this issue too:

I just change my iPhone 7+ battery at nearby 3rd party authorized apple service center.

A day after battery changing, the battery usage by app did not show any percentage.

Previously it work without issue.

Then I Try to do reset all settings. And restore from itunes. Didn't solve the issue.

After a week still only show dashed line.

Anyone have suggestions?

I solved it. It was battery hardware issue.

I got back to claim my warranty. I asked and confirm with them that they use genuine apple battery.

Then they change to new battery, still dashed. Since dashed means very little time %.

30 minutes later, the percentage show up.

No more dashed.

12 months warranty by the 3rd party.

So you suspect that the battery not genuine.

How do I check that the battery genuine.

I got back to the service center, they try to put back my old battery, still dashed. Or should I wait for full battery charge to check the battery usage by app percentage will working?

You can wait for a bit and see if the percentage appears. If it does not either find an actual Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) and ask them very politely if they will let you pay to replace your battery with an actual Apple battery (and there is a 90 day warranty on that) or just skip looking at the battery percentage and go by actual usage.
