Transferring AppleTV+ subscription to UK

Hi,

I'd bought a new iPad for my daughter when we left Australia mid-March 2020 and had activated the free subscription to AppleTv+ the day we flew out. I wasn't aware that meant we couldn't change over to the UK settings as we would have lost our subscription offer. As the offer has now been extended, it's a challenge keeping the profile Australian when we've now been in the UK for 10 months already.

Is there any way we can change over without losing our extended access?
