iPhone 12 Pro Max updated to 14.4 yesterday. Airpods Pro showing as connected but no audio comes through phones. Rather, audio continues to play from iPhone. Audio from MacBook Pro plays fine through Airpods, so it's specific to the iPhone.
I've removed them and hard reset them multiple times with no change in results.

If they seem to be connect, but won't play, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) Long press on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select AirPods
