Reachability / Control Center Issue, Bug...

iPhone 12 Pro

iOS 14.x

Accessing Control Center via Reachability does not enable frequently, instead the notification page opens.

This occurs many times per day.

I cannot manually trigger the bug/issue as it is a random occurrence.

However, it is possible to replicate the issue if you have the game Asphalt 8 installed and play the game for awhile, swipe to go to the home screen, the bug occurs when you try to access control center via reachability.

Please advise.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with Reachability and Control Center access on your iPhone 12 Pro. It sounds like you are in Reachability and randomly can't access Control Center when swiping from the right corner. However, it always occurs during a specific game.

When is the last time you restarted?

Have you updated to iOS 14.4 yet? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
