IPhone 12 not getting third party notifications

Can’t get third party app notifications on phone.

Native app notifications seem to work (reminders).

Wife and I bought two iPhone12’s. She upgraded from iPhone 7+ (side by side Bluetooth method), I set my phone up manually (came over from android, but alway set up new phones manually to purge clutter).

Hers works fine, mine is having trouble.

All settings checked, phone rebooted ad nauseam.
