Is there a way to turn off automatic volume reduction?

I would be fine with automatic volume reduction if it only affected my headphones. But when I'm listening to music on my Bluetooth SPEAKER, it only serves to be annoying. When I'm cooking or taking a shower or whatever and my volume is instantly halved, I don't want to have to stop what I'm doing to turn my volume back up to a hearable volume! Also: I hate to think about how frustrating this is for HOH people who need to have the volume set louder in order to hear at all.

Please let me turn off, even if for just certain devices.

Hi.

This doesn't exactly help. My issue is that my phone is treating my bluetooth speakers like headphones and automatically lowering the volume which is very annoying. How do I stop this
