EXCLAMATION POINT ON RESTART

Brand new MacBook Pro, most recent version, was migrating files from old MacBook when it just stopped. When I rebooted I get an Exclamation point on restart and a reference to go to Apple site for help.

A globe with an exclamation point means that your Mac tried to start

up from macOS Recovery over the Internet, but couldn't. Learn what to do

if your Mac can't start up from macOS Recovery.
