Camera on macbook pro not working

My camera on my MacBook Pro 2019 w/ Touch Bar is not working with any of the apps (zoom, FaceTime, Photo Booth, etc) and the green light doesn't turn on. Also, in the system's report it says "no video capture devices were found". I've tried almost everything that other websites suggested like using terminal, reseting SMC and others but the problem is still occurring. I need the camera for some of my online classes so if someone could please help that would be great.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1

Camera is controlled by NVRAM: USB Device: FaceTime HD Camera (Built-in)

Therefore try Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

The fact your System Information states—"no video capture devices were found".

tells me you have a hardware issue.
