my iphone 7 won't turn on and only the apple logo will turn off and on my screen

i have an iphone 7 for about 4 years and lately my phone has been very slow and every time on an app my phone freezes and takes me to the home screen but on jaunary 26 2021 at around 11:00 pm my phone froze and would not turn on and the apple logo pops on and off
