Can listen to music, watch Netflix on speaker ..
Also, can take calls only Bluetooth though

Have a look at this article: If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working. Have you tested the mic in the Voice Memos app? If it isn't working, service will be required.
For hearing on a call, please see: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker. It could be that the receiver needs to be cleaned.
