IOS 14.4 Bugs?

A day after installing on my phone and within hours of installing on my synced Ipad my Iphone 6S Plus started behaving very strangely. With headphones plugged in I started having blue Voice Control screens pop up and the Music app would start playing. this would last a few seconds then stop, only to reappear minutes later. This went on for an hour. I restarted the phone but it persisted. Unplugging the headphones seemed to stop the behaviour. In these Covid times I need those headphones and mic for conference calls.
