A month ago I plugged my iPod into my Dell Latitude 5500 and my iTune account popped up and I signed in.
Yesterday I plugged my iPod into my computer and iTunes never showed up. I googled and tried all sorts of thing it recommended and still I can not locate iTunes, on my PC, to login to my account I have 1500 + songs on iTunes and puff.... gone. What is going on? can anyone help with this problem?
You can reinstall iTunes. As a rule it will pick up on your existing library. Have you checked in <User's Music>\iTunes\iTunes Media to see if you can see your media files? Do you have a backup? Is this content on a device it could be recovered from?
